Albatross AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our go-to-market team. You will own the technical deployment of Albatross primitives with customers, collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to move deployments from initial integration to production and measurable impact.

In this role, you will serve as the main technical contact for customers, translate business needs into technical solutions with our R&D team, and train/monitor ML models using dashboards to demonstrate

Formación

• Degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from technical onboarding and data integration through production launch.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for your customers, coordinating with their engineering, data and product teams, keeping stakeholders aligned during deployments.
• Understand customer use cases, pain points, business objectives, and technical environments to ensure successful deployment.
• Shape clients' use case by translating business needs into a working technical solution with our R&D team.
• Dive into client data to ensure quality and correctness.
• Train and monitor ML models, using metrics and dashboards to track performance and impact.
