As a Focus Group Panelist, you will attend online sessions, provide honest feedback on products and services, complete surveys, and discuss impressions prior to meetings. Compensation varies per session and multi-session studies.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with working camera or desktop with webcam.
• High-speed internet access.
• Desire to participate in one or several of the topics listed.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Customer service representative experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in focus group discussions and provide honest feedback.
• Attend online sessions or in-person discussions as applicable.
• Complete written surveys for each panel.
• Discuss impressions before meeting date when required.
