Colt Technology Services is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the Collections team in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily administrative tasks, manage payments, and assist with bank account transitions, ensuring accurate allocations.

You will work closely with the Collections manager and internal stakeholders to improve processes, achieve KPIs, and maintain accurate records across legacy and current accounts. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Formación

• Experience in finance administration, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Experience handling bank reconciliations and payment allocations.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactional work.
• Good communication when handling customer queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Collections team and assist with KPIs.
• Support daily activities related to customer accounts and payments.
• Coordinate bank account transitions and ensure correct allocation of payments.
