• 2-3 years of experience as Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Ability to technically assess situations and proactively advise on solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installations and maintenance activities.
• Complete service reports accurately.
• Train customers and promote M-I services.
• Build strong relationships with the Sales department.
• Travel to customers' sites within the assigned area.
