A leading pharmaceutical technology company is seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to manage R&D IT programs for its largest Vault customers. This remote, full-time role requires significant program management experience in the pharmaceutical sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strategic relationships with customer executives. The ideal candidate will leverage their consulting experience to ensure success in project execution and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical R&D space.
• In-depth knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, or Quality.
• Experience leading global teams to deliver GxP technology implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all customer-facing teams and coordinate with sales.
• Own customer success and partner with various Veeva teams.
• Oversee project execution and customer escalations.
