Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Epic BI Report Developer based in Spain. This fully remote, direct-hire role focuses on building and optimizing Epic reporting across revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and operations to drive data-driven decisions.

You will manage the full reporting lifecycle, translate business requirements into technical specs, collaborate with Epic teams and data warehouse professionals, and ensure data quality, performance, and stability.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cogito certification or accreditation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and healthcare data.
• Experience implementing Epic reporting development and testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and optimize Epic reporting across revenue cycle, clinical and operational functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Lead reporting initiatives throughout the project lifecycle with post-production support.
• Improve performance, data quality, and system reliability of Epic reports.
• Document reporting specifications, tests, and support procedures.
