Alsvior Global LTD is seeking a mid-to-senior Power BI Developer to design, build and maintain the analytics layer on client projects. You will transform messy data into clean models and trustworthy reports used by decision-makers.

You’ll handle the full Power BI lifecycle—from data shaping in Power Query to star-schema modelling, DAX calculations and report design, ensuring consistency across client deliverables and providing governance and training where needed.

Formación

• Two to five years building production Power BI reports and datasets in a professional setting.
• Strong DAX — measures, calculation groups and time-intelligence — and confident Power Query (M) for data shaping.
• Solid data-modelling fundamentals: star schemas, relationships, cardinality.
• Working SQL — read and write queries and understand what a model is doing underneath.
• Good knowledge of the Power BI Service: workspaces, refreshes, gateways and row-level security.
• Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain a data concept to a non-technical stakeholder.
• Right to work in Spain or Portugal, with willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops and team meet-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Data modelling and report development: build Power BI datasets and reports from various data sources (OnePlan, Project Online, Microsoft 365, client systems).
• Data sources and integration: connect to SQL databases, REST/OData APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse and Excel; manage import/directQuery connections and dataflows.
• Delivery, governance and quality: manage workspaces, datasets, deployment pipelines and row-level security; document configurations for handover.
• Client delivery and practice development: participate in discovery and design sessions; produce quick-reference guides and contribute reusable templates.
