Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will work in an Agile squad with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

The role involves data modeling, quality validation, UAT support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work within CET and international projects are offered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from user stories.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot and investigate data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to meet reporting requirements.
• Support end users during UAT and data validation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and document reporting developments.
