N-iX is seeking a DevOps/SRE-focused Cloud Engineer to architect and manage Azure resources, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring with Datadog. You will drive incident response, automation, and reporting, collaborating across remote teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with ITSM/ITIL.

Formación

• Microsoft Azure expertise including App Services, Virtual Machines, Container Instances, AKS, SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• CI/CD workflows using Git, GitHub Actions; SonarQube Cloud; Terraform; Docker.
• Datadog monitoring, SRE concepts (SLOs/SLIs/golden signals), instrumentation.
• Incident management and post‑mortem documentation for high availability.
• Shell scripting, YAML/JSON configurations, Python.
• Admin of Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, Windows Server (entry).
• Atlassian Jira/Confluence; ITSM/ITIL familiarity; AI tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, implement, and manage Azure resources including App Services, VMs, AKS, and SQL.
• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and SonarQube Cloud.
• Develop and monitor SLOs/SLIs; build Datadog dashboards for real-time insights.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems for rapid recovery.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Script automation using Shell, YAML/JSON, and Python.
• Administer Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
• Collaborate using Jira/Confluence and contribute to ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Explore and integrate AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot).
• Support cross-functional, remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
