dormakaba International Holding AG in Madrid is seeking a Firmware Test & HIL Specialist to ensure quality of embedded firmware throughout validation. You will develop and operate HIL systems and dedicated test environments, enabling early defect detection with structured unit and system tests, collaborating with development, production and quality teams.

The role includes designing test benches, executing unit tests for embedded C firmware, and implementing test frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience required; Master’s with 2–3 years acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HIL systems.
• Design and operate mechatronic test benches.
• Develop test cases and validation procedures.
• Perform component, system, and endurance testing.
• Execute unit tests for embedded C firmware.
• Implement and use test frameworks (CMake, C-Test, GTest, Ceedling).
• Analyze test results and document findings.
• Support integration and validation across product lines.
