Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced, dedicated team supporting the legal portfolio. This executive-level, full-time role in the Legal Department focuses on ensuring the availability and performance of electronic discovery tools and related systems.

The position involves managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Azure/AWS, SQL Server, and related tech, while coordinating with vendors and delivering end-user training

Qualifications

Experience with legal discovery tools and EDRM knowledge.
Ability to install, operate and manage MS SQL Server 2019/2022.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and relational databases.

Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
Administer and monitor systems and infrastructure; configure and maintain OS and software.
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with vendors to fix issues.
Maintain security, backups, and redundancy strategies.
Assist in technical architecture discussions and knowledge sharing.
