A leading technology educational company is looking for a Digital Success Manager to provide training and operational support for the SkillsBuild program. This role involves collaborating with partners to ensure successful program delivery, engaging learners, and sharing expertise in digital learning. Candidates should have experience in training and strong relationship-building skills. Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is required.

Formación

• Good technical acumen, comfortable with technology.
• Experienced in teaching or training delivery.
• Experienced in providing operational support and troubleshooting.
• Experience of delivering digital learning platforms.
• Familiar with the challenges of digital upskilling for employment.
• Global perspective with relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support SkillsBuild implementation and program delivery.
• Provide ongoing training to Program Partners.
• Share knowledge of SkillsBuild with partners.
• Help partners engage learners and identify success stories.
• Assist with SkillsBuild marketing and communication campaigns.
