Plain Concepts Group is expanding its Impact Studios and seeks a Digital Strategy professional to lead AI, data, and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital projects, bridging strategy and technical execution while promoting business value.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, data strategies, and innovation, with flexible work arrangements and opportunities to grow within a fast‑growing tech company.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, or execution of technology-driven projects.
• Hands-on experience working on software development projects, digital transformation, or AI/data initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and solutions, data infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands on with tools such as PowerPlatform, PowerApps, Copilot Studio…
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and a passion for digital innovation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver digital transformation projects with the Digital Strategy Team, ensuring measurable impact for clients.
• Conduct business and technical analysis to define requirements and opportunities.
• Bridge strategy and execution with AI, data and cloud solutions.
• Track project KPIs and align with client goals.
• Identify innovative solutions to optimize processes and drive adoption.
