A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Design Authority Lead (Governance & Operations) for a fully remote project in Spain. This role involves coordinating operations processes, managing governance frameworks, and developing performance dashboards. Candidates must have strong experience in project management and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with SharePoint and experience in regulated environments are preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience in project or program management, PMO operations, or governance frameworks.
• Background in supply chain, operational excellence, or transformation governance preferred.
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other complex, regulated environments is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the weekly DA Operations Process (DAOP).
• Act as the central PMO contact for Design Authority governance.
• Capture and circulate meeting minutes and action logs.
• Develop and maintain governance dashboards and KPI reports.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and templates.
