A leading tech firm is seeking a Data Platform Support Specialist to provide operational support for their data solution built on Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will monitor data pipelines, support Snowflake operations, and assist with Power BI dashboard issues. This full-time position offers remote work options and requires strong analytical skills and experience with the specified technologies.

Formación

• Experience with data pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting in Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse operations in Snowflake.
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain data pipelines ensuring timely and accurate data movement.
• Provide support for Snowflake operations including troubleshooting queries.
• Assist users with Power BI issues and document support procedures.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure platform stability.

Conocimientos

Advanced English (B2 or above)

Azure Data Factory (monitoring, troubleshooting)

Snowflake (SQL performance tuning, user management)

Power BI (report troubleshooting, data sources)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with ITIL or similar support frameworks
