Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) managing hiring processes.
• Strong experience in hiring process design and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Move hiring operations to an automated ecosystem with prioritization of automation.
• Set the gold standard for candidate quality and process integrity.
• Build and track a real-time dashboard for critical KPIs.
• Design and manage the headcount model for Hiring Coordinators.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team of remote Hiring Coordinators.
• Proactively identify pipeline risks through recurring process audits.
