Landbot. Io is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers by removing technical friction, solving complex integration challenges, and building end-to-end solutions that help them maximize value from Landbot.

This highly hybrid role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, requiring strong communication and hands-on coding with JavaScript, APIs, and front-end tweaks.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong grounding in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize front-end components.
• Experience with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; eligible to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer experience by applying deep product and technical expertise to resolve inquiries via chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration.
• Report bugs and share feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the product.
• Conduct high-level technical discovery sessions and scope customer projects.
• Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and external platforms; maintain and support them.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; build internal tools and automations.
