Landbot is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers by removing technical friction, solving complex integration challenges, and building end-to-end solutions that maximize value. This is a highly hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, with scope to quote hours and troubleshoot API issues.

You will build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs and external platforms, while ensuring reliable, well-built and scalable outcomes for

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with SaaS APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Front-end basics with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to scope projects and estimate effort.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by resolving complex inquiries via chat, email and video calls.
• Conduct technical discovery, scope solutions, and build custom integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal tools.
• Support pre-sales and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success.
