Landbot is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support enterprise clients by removing technical friction, architecting end-to-end integrations, and delivering custom JavaScript-powered solutions that leverage APIs and external platforms.

The role blends customer-facing collaboration with hands-on technical work across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Barcelona or remote within Spain.

Formación

3+ years in a Support/ Solutions Engineering or similar role guiding enterprise customers through software decisions.
Experience with SaaS APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript to customize experiences.

Responsabilidades

Deliver excellent customer experiences by applying product and technical expertise to resolve inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
Troubleshoot complex API issues, embeddings, integrations, and product configuration.
Document bugs and share trends with Product/Engineering to improve the product.
Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients and validate feasibility for projects.
Scope projects and estimate effort for end-to-end solutions.
Build custom solutions using JavaScript and APIs, and maintain them over time.
Create technical docs and internal tooling to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales/ Customer Success to support pre-sales and post-sales work.
