• 8+ years in a creative role with 3+ years in leadership or directorial positions.
• Stellar portfolio with broad campaigns and branding work.
• Proven ability to lead remote creative teams.
• Strong branding, advertising, digital marketing and design principles.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
