Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleet. You will troubleshoot remotely via SCADA, perform advanced interventions, and coordinate with back offices to minimize downtime.

You will work in a 24/7 shift system, handle escalation of complex faults, and contribute to continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives within the RCC team.

Formación

• Education: Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related technical discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years in BESS and/or Wind energy operations, with remote-control centre or senior turbine/BESS technician.
• OEM expertise: Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or major BESS manufacturers and SCADA software from OEMs.
• Technical: Proficiency in renewables technology, analysing technical logs, reading electrical diagrams.
• Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and safety-first mindset.
• Languages: Professional English; other languages are a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: escalation point for faults, real-time onshore wind farm operations.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: deep-dive diagnostics using SCADA and proprietary software.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: execute remote-control sequences, safety resets, synchronized restarts.
• Incident Management: coordinate alerts, liaise with back offices and field technicians.
• Continuous Improvement: analyse fault patterns, document resolutions, mentor juniors, contribute to LEAN.
