Job summary

Comrise is seeking a fully qualified contract lawyer for a 100% remote role in Spain, focusing on commercial contracts, SaaS and tech agreements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience at a top-tier firm or as in-house counsel for a scaling tech company.

You will draft and review technology-focused agreements, advise on risk and negotiation strategies, and work on a freelance, project-based basis with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified abogado/abogada in Spain not required in this translation; candidates must be a licensed lawyer in Spain.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts at a top-tier corporate law firm or as in-house counsel for a scaling tech company.
• Strong expertise in SaaS and tech agreements.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish alongside professional business English.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review technology-focused commercial agreements (SaaS, cloud agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and AI-specific terms).
• Advise clients on business risk exposure and negotiation strategies.
• Manage projects on a freelance, remote, contract basis with autonomy.
