Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to support centralized monitoring activities on sponsor‑dedicated projects. The role is remote and requires strong SAS programming skills and experience with Cluepoints.

You will collaborate with CM Lead, configure QTLs, KRIs, and data quality assessments, refresh CM platform per CMP, and ensure study data sources and protocols are well understood. Excellent English, autonomous work, and proactive problem‑solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical R&D or centralized monitoring.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Experience with Cluepoints.
• Autonomous work and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support CM Lead in developing CM strategy by identifying CM elements (QTL, KRI, data visualisations, data quality assessments).
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per CMP.
• Refresh CM platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document and file it in eTMF.
• Review and understanding of protocol is key.
• Understand data sources and transfer specifications for the study.
• Execute and document peer‑review of CM platform setup.
