Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote, full-time role. You will work on centralized monitoring activities, setting up QTLs, KRIs, and data quality assessments, and refreshing the CM platform to detect signals. Strong SAS programming skills and experience with Cluepoints are required.

You will collaborate with a sponsor-driven project team to ensure CMP adherence and documentation in eTMF, with autonomy and clear communication essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance or centralized monitoring is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to deliver CMP activities.
• Ability to understand basic statistical concepts and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per the CMP.
• Refresh the CM platform at defined frequencies to enable signal detection.
• Prepare and maintain CM platform specifications and documentation in eTMF.
• Collaborate with CM Lead and other CMA colleagues to ensure protocol understanding.
