Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote role. The CMA will work with the client to manage delivery, perform setup, programming and refreshes of the CM platform, and contribute to CMP execution. Strong SAS skills and communication are required.

Role involves collaborating with a sponsor-driven project, maintaining CM specifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across study activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical research and development or related field, preferably centralized monitoring, data management, and/or biostatistics.
• 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute study-level centralized monitoring activities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing fit-for-purpose CM strategy by identifying relevant CM elements (QTL, KRI, data visualizations, Data Quality Assessments).
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments according to the study CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain the CM platform specifications document and file in the eTMF.
• Review study protocol and understand data sources, transfer specifications, and data structure.
• Execute and document peer-review of CM platform setup done by colleagues.
