Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (CMA) with Cluepoints expertise to remotely manage Centralized Monitoring activities. The role involves setup, programming and refreshes of the CM platform aligned with the CMP, collaborating with a sponsor project team to deliver CM deliverables.

The candidate will support CM Lead in strategy development, identify CM elements, and ensure data quality while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical research and development or related field, preferably centralized Monitoring, data management and/or biostatistics.
• 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute CM activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing a fit-for-purpose CM strategy by contributing to CM elements (QTL, KRIs, data visualizations, and Data Quality Assessments).
• Set up/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per the study CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications and file in eTMF.
• Understand study protocol and data sources, transfer specs, and data structure.
• Peer-review CM platform setup performed by other CMA colleagues.
