• Strong electrochemical background and familiarity with non-destructive battery cell analysis tools.
• 2 years industrial experience in cathode material development and qualification.
• Experience working with lithium metal anodes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leading cathode development projects and ensuring milestone deliverables.
• Building supplier networks for cathode materials.
• Optimizing cathode formulations for cell performance.
