Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a CAD specialist to help train and evaluate AI agents within a real CAD environment. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and assess the agent's attempts while working alongside CFD engineers who simulate your geometry.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on CAD modelling with industry tools and an active CAD license. Proficiency in Python and GitHub, plus English at B2 level, are essential for collaboration and success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional, hands‑on CAD modelling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar). Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.
• An active professional CAD licence of your own is required.
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
• English at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and evaluating AI agents that operate in a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks.
• Design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.
