You’ll deploy and support observability components on Kubernetes and AWS, lead monitoring definitions, and implement observability solutions for internal teams. Ideal candidates have experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and must possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Formación

• Experience with market-standard open-source components like Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Proven experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and support Observability Platform components on Kubernetes and AWS EC2.
• Lead the technical and functional monitoring definitions.

Observability Engineer – Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Observability Engineer with experience working with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, with deep knowledge of Observability features (logging, metrics, tracing, APM, …) ideally in hybrid high‑volume distributed platforms with thousands of transactions per second.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Observability Platform components on Kubernetes and AWS EC2 instances, ensuring technology performance by design, right‑sizing, scalability and reliability.
• Lead the cross‑definition for technical and functional monitoring.
• Define, implement, and support monitoring, logging, tracing, and APM challenges for all internal customer teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with de‑facto market‑standard open‑source components including Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar.
• Proven experience with Observability solutions such as Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform and Helm.
• Experience working with container‑native applications deployed in Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience in Linux systems administration.
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• High written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with Python or Go is a plus.
