UST España & Latam is seeking a Backend Developer Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in backend development, specializing in Apache Spark and Big Data environments. The role emphasizes Agile methodologies, CI/CD with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins, and strong SQL skills.

Proficiency in English (B2/C1) is essential. Remote work within Spain is offered, with opportunities to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments using Docker,

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Big Data technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins in CI/CD environments.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (C1 preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Apache Spark and Big Data technologies.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile methodologies.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database-related processes.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash.
• Support and monitor batch processing environments using Control-M.
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with development best practices using SonarQube.
• Contribute to cloud-based and containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of SOA solutions.
