Ayming Group in Madrid is looking for a data analytics professional to join our Spain Data & AI team. You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, and build analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Python.

You will develop BI dashboards, ensure KPI quality, and bridge business and technical teams while promoting data-driven decisions across the Spanish entity. A hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Good Python programming skills for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms (Looker, Tableau).
• Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Databricks (Snowflake, Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab).
• Understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data solutions.

Job Description

What will your responsibilities be at Ayming?
