NEWRY GLOBAL MEDIA is hiring 5 Junior AI Operations Specialists to join our Madrid team and work directly with senior leadership. The role focuses on turning ideas into automated, real-world solutions using AI and no-code tools.

Ideal candidates are energetic builders who can move quickly from concept to prototype, deploying AI agents and solving cross-functional challenges across Sales, Product, and Ops. This is an entry-level, hands-on position with a direct path to a full-time offer.

Formación

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) and advanced prompting.
• Basic understanding of no-code/low-code environments.
• Willingness to work in-person in Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI and no-code tools.
• Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using frontier models.
• Act as an internal 'AI strike-team' to tackle high-impact business challenges across Sales, Product, and Ops.
• Move from 'idea' to 'prototype' in days, iterating fast and shipping real-world automation.

We are hiring 5 Junior AI Operations Specialists to join our team directly and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior leaders.

Your mission: Dismantle manual workflows and rebuild them from scratch using artificial intelligence and no-code tools.

This is an entry-level position designed for true builders: candidates focused on execution, speed, automation, and tangible results. If you want to kickstart your career by building real-world solutions from day one, this is the place for you.

Requisitos

• High energy and a 'figure it out' mindset with zero ego.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Lovable, etc.) and advanced prompting.
• Basic understanding of no-code/low-code environments like Zapier, Make, or Retool.
• A bias for action—we value what you can build over your degree or previous brand names.
• Ability to work in-person in Madrid, Spain.
