10x Team is seeking a Freelance Process Engineering Consultant – AI Trainer to apply your expertise to train AI models in process optimization. This remote role suits EU/UK-based professionals.

You will review AI outputs, develop real-world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve workflows, quality control, and compliance. Flexible, project-based work with asynchronous collaboration.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in process mapping, optimization, and QA.
• EU or UK-based, available 8–20 hours/week, remote.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to provide structured feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for process engineering, operations management, and process optimization.
• Evaluate AI recommendations for process improvements, quality control, and workflow design.
• Develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your process engineering background.
• Create scenario variations addressing industry best practices, efficiency strategies, and compliance factors.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI suggestions, delivering actionable, structured feedback.
• Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply process engineering principles.
