10x Team is seeking a Freelance VP Sales AI Trainer to help train AI models with real-world sales strategy and decision-making. You will review AI-generated content, shape it with your experience, and guide performance metrics in a flexible 8–20 hour/week schedule.

Based in the EU or UK, you will develop example sales cases, objection-handling scenarios, and negotiation exercises, while providing direct feedback to improve accuracy and relevance of AI outputs for sales teams.

Formación

• Senior sales leader with proven B2B/B2C success.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategies, closing deals, and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Organised and able to give direct feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on sales strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline management
• Assess precision and relevance of AI-driven sales scenarios and recommendations
• Develop example sales cases, objection-handling scenarios, and negotiation exercises based on your industry experience
• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of sales reps, managers, and clients
• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback
