Jobgether is seeking an AI Researcher based in Spain for a fully remote position. You will push agentic and multimodal AI research, building systems that learn from real-world interaction data at scale.

Formación

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied AI research or ML systems experience with production impact.
• Strong expertise in large-scale ML, LLMs or multimodal AI.
• Hands-on with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, DPO, GRPO.
• Background in representation learning and joint multimodal spaces.
• Experience with speech and audio modeling (STT/ASR).
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace).
• Strong ability to define research hypotheses from ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Fully remote position within a global AI research organization.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced research on agentic AI systems using real-world interaction data.
• Experiment with learning frameworks to improve large-scale model performance.
• Develop multimodal representations across text, audio, logs, and structured data.
• Improve speech and audio intelligence systems and pipelines.
• Define evaluation methodologies for agent performance in real-world settings.
• Translate signals into structured training objectives for large models.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy research in production.
