10x Team is seeking a Freelance System Operations Engineer – AI Trainer to work remotely across the EU/UK. This role is 8–20 hours per week, focusing on reviewing, refining, and training AI models to address real-world ops and automation challenges.

You'll provide practical feedback, develop scenarios, and help models understand operational environments. The work is project-based, fully remote, with flexible hours and access to the 10x Team AI Academy.

Formación

• Experienced system operations engineer or SRE/DevOps with a proven track record in managing and automating complex IT systems.
• Strong ability to review, critique, and improve AI-generated operational content and scenarios.
• Proactive and capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback to improve AI training outputs.

• Review and improve AI-generated content related to system operations, automation, and reliability.
• Evaluate technical accuracy and practicality of AI-driven operational workflows.
• Develop real-world examples, use cases, and risk assessments from domain experience.
