Acclaro is seeking an AI & NLP Solutions Engineer to lead the development and implementation of MT and AI technologies powering localization workflows. You will blend language expertise with technology to improve quality, boost productivity, and scale language delivery across teams and clients.

The role sits within the Solutions & Onboarding team, supporting internal stakeholders and clients with cutting‑edge strategies for global content.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in localization or technology.
• 1–3 years focused on machine translation, AI, or NLP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Navigate localization workflows and content adaptation like a pro.
• Think critically and solve complex MT challenges.
• Fluency in English and ability to engage global audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive MT and AI adoption across cross‑team initiatives.
• Lead strategic implementation of AI and MT tools to improve workflows.
• Build and deploy ML and NLP models to gain insights and streamline processes.
• Fine‑tune MT engines for domain‑specific content and multilingual markets.
• Design scalable, cost‑efficient processes to evaluate MT output quality.
• Create clear documentation and training for linguists and project teams.
