Lighthouse Marketing in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Campaign Marketing Specialist to own digital campaigns for Chains & Groups worldwide. You will set up landing pages, build email workflows, manage campaigns across channels, and coordinate messaging with web and social teams.

You will work in HubSpot and CMS platforms, shape strategy with product marketing, content, design and sales to drive MQLs, SQLs and revenue. A strong interest in AI and hands-on execution are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience.
• Hands-on campaign execution in marketing automation platforms.
• Numbers-driven with focus on MQLs, SQLs and pipeline.
• End-to-end multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, content, design and paid media.
• Collaborative across product marketing, content, design and sales; AI-curious.

Responsabilidades
