Alignerr is seeking a Biotech Health Data Governance Lead to steer the accuracy, lineage, and auditability of research and clinical trial data for AI training and regulatory submissions.

You'll work in a fully remote, hourly contract role, committing 10–40 hours per week, and collaborate with scientists, IT, and compliance teams to implement data standards, policies, and governance frameworks across programs.

Formación

• Experience leading data governance in biotech, life sciences, or regulated data environments.
• Deep understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory expectations for research data.
• Ability to bridge scientific, technical, and business teams to align data standards.

Responsabilidades

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Define and enforce data policies for classification, access, and metadata across teams.
• Enable governed data access for analytics while protecting patient information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data standards and governance frameworks.
• Identify gaps in data quality and drive improvements for AI model training.
