LVMH W&J Iberia is seeking an Accounting Assistant & Credit Collector based in Madrid to ensure accurate financial recording and timely reporting. You will support the Finance team with SAP-led transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end close, while contributing to process improvements and data integrity.

Formación

• College degree in Accounting/Business Administration or Economics.
• Initial experience in finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting and administrative activities for the Finance department.
• Record and review accounting transactions in SAP.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while supporting process improvements.
