Flying Bark Productions in Madrid is seeking a 3D Animation Lead to guide a team of animators on a show, acting as the primary liaison between production and supervisors and ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, deep knowledge of Maya and animation pipelines, experience mentoring artists, and the ability to solve creative and technical challenges while meeting deadlines on an on-site basis in Madrid, with potential remote options for this

Formación

• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a 3D animation context.
• Strong knowledge of Maya and animation pipelines.
• Excellent communication with production teams and supervisors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of animators on a show and manage assignments with the animation supervisor.
• Serve as the main contact between production and supervisors.
• Ensure clear communication and resolve creative or technical challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments and adapt workflows to production changes.
• Coach junior artists and provide regular feedback to ensure on-time delivery.
