Join us as a Reliability Engineer and play a key role in improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving operational excellence.

About the role

As a Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the continuous improvement of systems performance and reliability by applying technical expertise to identify, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct equipment risk assessments and develop maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability for critical assets.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to optimize preventive maintenance plans and support inventory management for spare parts.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies using tools like FMEA and Weibull analysis.
  • Monitor asset performance and reliability data, implementing corrective actions and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.
  • Support proper documentation of PPM and corrective maintenance activities in the CMMS for effective analysis and tracking.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects, inventory optimization, and process improvements. Coordinate and supervise tasks performed by external contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations.
  • Evaluate and implement condition monitoring technologies to enhance predictive maintenance and equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards (ISO 22716, GMP).
About you

You bring proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis and preventive maintenance optimization, with a strong ability to analyze and calculate key maintenance KPIs. You’re skilled in SAP and adept at applying statistical tools to drive performance improvements. A proactive problem solver and collaborative team player, you combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to deliver reliability and efficiency.

You will also bring:
  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or related field).
  • Experience in RCA, PM optimization, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Knowledge of SAP and statistical tools for performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, problem‑solving, and collaborative attitude.
Other skills that will be valued:
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA will be positively considered
