Green Recruitment Company seeks a Head of Regulatory Strategy & Public Policy to translate European and national regulation into commercial advantage across bioLNG, biomethane, marine, and mobility markets. The role combines regulatory interpretation with market design and external policy engagement to inform pricing, structuring, origination, and customer strategy.

• Deep understanding of European energy and low-carbon fuel regulation (e.g. RED, FuelEU Maritime, EU ETS).
• Ability to translate regulatory detail into market value and commercial guidance.
• Experience with gas, LNG, bioLNG, biomethane, or related trading/origination environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a country-by-country regulatory value map across Europe for bioLNG and biomethane in marine and mobility sectors.
• Translate regulation into clear commercial guidance for trading, origination, and sales teams.
• Identify and prioritise trading and structuring opportunities driven by national implementation and market dynamics.
• Develop internal playbooks covering compliant transaction structures and market-specific value drivers.
• Monitor upcoming legislation and regulatory developments, providing early commercial implications.
• Lead external engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure interpretations are robust and executable.
• Support strategic customer discussions on regulatory-driven value and decarbonisation pathways.
