Revolut is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager in Spain to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring continuity of critical operations and services across our technology platforms.

You will design and test contingency plans, coordinate with product and data teams, monitor risks, and report to senior leadership on resilience initiatives, regulatory compliance, and readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity in financial services.
• Experience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience (DORA, FCA PS21/3).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices for resilience and continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with departments and functions to assess and build resilient operations
• Designing, implementing, and testing contingency plans, including business continuity plans, crisis management procedures, and scenario playbooks
• Providing oversight on group testing programmes, designing complex failure scenarios, and designing dashboards and indicators
• Supporting executives during crisis events to protect our customers and the company
• Conducting lessons‑learned activities following major events to continually improve our procedures
• Working closely with our Product and Data teams to build a world‑class resiliency function
• Using data and quantitative analysis to understand our business operations and implement resilience strategies
• Providing regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements
• Monitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs
• Ensuring compliance with EU and French regulations

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry
• Experience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and FCA PS21/3
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning

Nice to have

• Basic SQL skills
• An accreditation from the Business Continuity Institute
• Experience using G‑Suite and Google Cloud platforms
