The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will ensure traceability, update internal databases, and contribute to audit readiness through structured documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
• First exposure to Regulatory Affairs or Compliance is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
• Proficient in Excel and regulatory data systems.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regulatory documents with version control and lifecycle tracking.
• Collect regulatory and technical documentation from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Ensure documents are complete, consistent, and aligned with internal requirements.
• Classify, archive, and maintain documents in internal systems.
• Perform data quality checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or duplicates.
• Support system updates and data clean‑up activities to improve data quality.
• Assist audits by ensuring documentation is complete and retrievable.
