Role Overview

Our Regional Supply Planners serve as the key link between global Supply Centers and the EUROPE markets. They aim to optimize the supply network plan by collaborating with partners, ensuring responsiveness and flexibility. Their goal is to enhance supply chain KPIs by balancing service, volume, and inventory, analyzing demand signals, and leading market-specific initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment Planning : Create and review orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels; coordinate with fulfillment teams.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and optimize inventory levels; implement cost reduction strategies.
• Supply Chain Coordination : Work with manufacturers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery; review transport efficiency.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate supply risks; develop contingency plans.
• Continuous Improvement : Analyze performance metrics; implement process improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide updates to senior management; align strategies across teams.

Skills & Experience

• Supply chain experience, especially in Master Data, Customer Service, Logistics
• Proficiency in SAP ECC / APO SNP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the spirits industry is a plus
