An international beauty tools manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Spain to develop sales strategies, achieve targets, and onboard new clients. Candidates should have at least one year of active sales experience, fluent Spanish, and be ready for business trips. Regional Sales Manager (Spain)

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, the company successfully exports its products to Europe and other international markets. Due to active growth, we are opening a position for a Regional Sales Manager in Spain.

We are looking for a candidate based in Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, or Seville, with experience in active sales and communicative Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve planned sales targets.
  • Search for and onboard new clients.
  • Control timely and full payment for products and ensure clients’ contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations during field visits; participate in professional trade shows and events.
  • Monitor the beauty market and visit points of sale within the assigned territory.
