  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles – ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership of all aspects of the affiliate.
  • Hands-on mentality – willing to do everything from sales to invoicing to customer support.

The Senior Specialist, Affiliate is responsible for launching, building, and operating our business locally. From business strategy to knocking on doors, this is a role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building from zero, and can manage every aspect of the business as a one‑person startup, with real influence on commercial strategy, team growth, and market positioning.

Responsibilities
  • Define local go-to-market strategy, pricing, and forecasts
  • Create and execute Spain‑specific business plans and budgets
  • Generate leads and manage direct sales to clinics and doctors
  • Build and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
  • Handle day‑to‑day finance: budgeting, reporting, and cost control
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide local insights to HQ marketing and product teams
  • Recruit, train, and manage future sales reps and operational support
Qualifications & Key Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business administration or a related field
  • 8‑10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles – ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in client‑facing situations
  • Fluent in English, Spanish; additional European languages a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch, make decisions independently, and take ownership of all aspects of the affiliate
  • Hands‑on mentality – willing to do everything from sales to invoicing to customer support
  • Commercial acumen – strong understanding of business, pricing, negotiation, and sales strategy
  • Field sales capability – comfortable pitching door‑to‑door to clinics and doctors
  • Operational excellence – able to manage logistics, finance, stock, invoicing and payments reliably
  • Problem‑solving – resourceful, fast‑thinking, and solutions‑oriented in a startup environment
  • Customer‑centric – focus on building strong client relationships and handling service issues effectively
  • Adaptability – comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment
  • Time & self‑management – able to structure their own day and responsibilities without close supervision
  • Basic financial literacy – able to handle budgets, forecasts, profit margins, and cash flow
