A leading MedTech company is seeking an experienced Sales Regional Manager to drive growth in Catalonia and the Mediterranean Region. This role involves leading a sales team to expand the orthopaedic business, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and implementing effective commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the MedTech sector and a strong understanding of the hospital market.

Formación

  • Over 7 years of experience managing sales teams within the MedTech sector, preferably in Orthopaedics.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospital market in Catalonia and the Mediterranean area.
  • Experience in tendering processes and hospital procurement.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and develop the regional sales team, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies tailored to the Catalan and Mediterranean healthcare market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, orthopaedic surgeons, and key hospitals.

The Sales Regional Manager will lead Catalonia & the Mediterranean Region. This role will be responsible for expanding Meril’s orthopaedic business and strengthening relationships in this strategic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the regional sales team, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies tailored to the Catalan and Mediterranean healthcare market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, orthopaedic surgeons, and key hospitals.
  • Represent Meril in congresses, training sessions, and scientific events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure successful implementation of commercial plans.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain accurate business reporting and performance tracking.

Required Profile:

  • Over 7 years of experience managing sales teams within the MedTech sector, preferably in Orthopaedics (knee, hip, robotic surgery, and related procedures).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospital market in Catalonia and the Mediterranean area, including major KOLs and decision-makers.
  • Experience in tendering processes and hospital procurement.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
