  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles – ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership of all aspects of the affiliate.
  • Hands-on mentality – willing to do everything from sales to invoicing to customer support.

Responsabilidades

  • Define local go-to-market strategy, pricing, and forecasts.
  • Generate leads and manage direct sales to clinics and doctors.
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events.
